邹兆龙身高一八○，瘦长而结实，长得也很斯文，不过一张他在摄影棚拍的「上空」沙龙照，却十分惊人—肌肉练得有如健美先生，再加上刻意摆出的架式，像极了李小龙。他得意地说：「两导演看了我的肌肉后，也是惊叹连连喔 ！」
