四川高考英语为什么仍不考听力
省教育考试院明确，2010年全省高考英语仍然不考听力，试卷结构保持基本不变，但在答题形式上会有一些调整。
据悉，由于地震原因，四川2008年高考取消了英语听力，09年高考也没有考听力。教育考试院明确，四川省2010年高考自主命题中，也不会进行英语听力的考试，但是在2011年将恢复。由于听力部分考题的取消，一些题型将发生变化，2010年高考英语卷将对I卷第二部分的第二节的答题方式作一些调整。这道题是一道对话选择题，考生需根据对话内容，从对话后的选项中选出能填入空白处的最佳选项。去年和09年这道题是手写答题，属于人工阅卷的题目，没有计入机读卡。但2010年这道题就属于机读卡填写的内容，考生无需再把答案填在答题卷上，而必须得填写在机读卡上才可能得分。

On a sunny day last August, Tim heard some shouting. Looking out to the sea carefully, he saw a couple of kids in a rowboat were being pulled out to sea.
Two 12-year-old boys, Christian and Jack, rowed out a boat to search for a football. Once they'd rowed beyond the calm waters, a beach umbrella tied to the boat caught the wind and pulled the boat into open water. The pair panicked and tried to row back to shore. But they were no match for it and the boat was out of control.
Tim knew it would soon be swallowed by the waves.
"Everything went quiet in my head," Tim recalls(回忆). "I was trying to figure out how to swim to the boys in a straight line."
Tim took off his clothes and jumped into the water. Every 500 yards or so, he raised his head to judge his progress. "At one point, I considered turning back," he says. "I wondered if I was putting my life at risk." After 30 minutes of struggling, he was close enough to yell to the boys, "Take down the umbrella!"
Christian made much effort to take down the umbrella. Then Tim was able to catch up and climb aboard the boat. He took over rowing, but the waves were almost too strong for him.
"Let's aim for the pier(码头)," Jack said. Tim turned the boat toward it. Soon afterward, waves crashed over the boat, and it began to sink. "Can you guys swim?" he cried. "A little bit," the boys said.
Once the were in the water, Tim decided it would he safer and faster for him to pull the boys toward the pier. Christian and Jack were wearing life jackets and floated on their backs. Tim swan toward land as water washed over the boys' faces.
“Are we almost there?" they asked again and again. "Yes," Tim told them each time.
After 30minutes, they reached the pier.

自主命题
命题内容不超出《考试大纲》和《考试大纲的说明(四川版·文、理)》规定的范围和要求。
离2012年高考(微博)还有4个月，高三考生已开始最后的备战倒计时。成都商报记者昨日从省教育考试院获悉，2012年四川普通高考分省命题的科目、原则和指导思想已经确定，和2011年相比，未发生大的变化。备受考生关注的英语听力问题也确定仍不考试。
确定英语不考听力
2012年普通高考考试科目和去年相比，没有发生任何变化，仍按“3+X”设置，分文、理两类。文科考语文、数学(文)、外语、文科综合(含政治、历史、地理)；理科考语文、数学(理)、外语、理科综合(含物理、化学、生物)。考试科目中，除外语小语种使用教育部考试中心命制的试题外，其余科目仍由我省自行组织命题。
英语科目是否考听力是近两年高考前的热点话题。2008年汶川地震后，由于听力设备受损，四川曾发文取消2008、2009、 2010三年的英语听力考试，2011年恢复听力考试。可去年，经论证，省招考委发文仍表示，继续取消英语听力考试。2012年，英语也将继续不考。昨日，省教育考试院也明确表示2012年高考英语科目只进行笔试，暂不进行听力测试。
