RUN THE WORLD是什么东西？
RUN THE WORLD的中文名为狂途障碍跑，slogan为“狂乐肆途”。是全国唯一赛道标准化城市障碍赛，全球首站将于2017年在广州举办，预计将有近万人参加，也是中国目前最大型的障碍跑运动。
狂途障碍跑的障碍物涵括：巨型长滑梯、巨型迷宫、攀爬墙、独木桥等设置。参赛者需用到爬、钻、跳、滑等肢体动作的变化与协调，来穿越通过赛道中的11件巨型障碍物设置。对参赛者的体能、勇气、反应力、团队协作力等都有着一定的考验。

（一）准备活动的主要作用
1提高肌肉温度，预防运动操作。体育锻炼前进行一定强度的准备活动，可使肌肉内的代谢过程加强，肌肉温度增高。肌肉温度的啬，一方面可使肌肉的粘滞性下隆，提高肌肉的收缩和舒张速度，增强肌力；另一方面还可以增加肌肉、韧带的弹性和伸展性，减少由于肌肉剧烈收缩造成的运动操作。

（二）如何进行准备活动
一般来说，准备活动时主要应考虑准备活动的内容、时间和量。
1内容。准备活动可分为一般准备活动和专项准备活动。一般准备活动主要是一些全身性身体练习，主要包括跑步、踢腿、弯腰等，一般性准备活动的作用是提高整体的代谢水平和大脑皮层的兴奋状态，减少运动操作的发生；专门性准备活动是指与所从事的体育锻炼内容相适应的运动练习，如打篮球前先投篮、运球，跑步前，先慢跑等。除非进行一些专门性运动和比赛，一般人体育锻炼时只需进行一般性准备活动，即可进行正式的体育活动内容。
2时间和量。准备活动的量和时间随体育锻炼的内容和量而定，由于以健身为目的的体育锻炼量较小，所以准备活动的量也相对较小，时间不宜过长，否则，还未进行体育锻炼身体就疲劳了。半小时的体育锻炼，其准备活动的时间一般为10分钟左右。气温较低时，准备活动的时间也适当长一些，量可大一些。气温较高时，时间可短一些，量可小一些。
